I cant defend his ridiculous behaviour. He's obviously got a screw loose. (what the **** is biting someone all about? )
The "racism" incident was the biggest stitch up I've ever seen. Read the official report and then tell me he was racist. If that had gone to a proper legal trial it would have been laughed out of court.
That was all i was saying in my original post on the subject, so i'm glad we agree.
Nothing else in the game was red card worthy. A few more yellows could have been handed out to both teams if the ref had wanted to.
The standing on feet incidents...well no one can say for sure if Suarez or Barry did it deliberately. Anyone who's played footy has stood on another players feet by accident. Slow motion always makes things look worse than in real time. It's not like they are deliberate looking stamps. Either way, the ref was at least consistent in not penalising either player.
I want a bit of fight, hard tackling and niggles in the derby without everyone getting booked. Its all part of what makes it a great game between us. The Mirallas tackle was a disgrace though. I don't think it's 'bleating' to say the ref got that one totally wrong. He let a lot of stuff go though for both teams which was good to see. No one wants a derby to be ruined by an over sensitive ref. There are some incidents that just have to be punished hard though and the ref bottled it bigtime with that one. Overall he had a good game and let the teams get on with it. You wont find me bleating about any other decisions in the match.
Great game, though it aged me 20 years and i want to shoot Joe Allen ...and the ref. How Kevin Mirallas didn't get a red for that tackle on Suarez i'll never know. The ref completely bottled it.
For the wheel i would start out with the usual Logitech settings in windows/profiler
100%FFB
900 degrees
everything else on 0
allow game to adjust settings checked
In game I'd start with FFB gain around 60-70 probably (use the pedals app in game to check for clipping and adjust FFB accordingly)
Filter and Damping on 0
The three "effects" sliders I'd start with on 0 and see how you feel after 50 laps or so in each car before you start playing with them.
Could be way off for a DFP, but with a DFGT that feels great to me.
(I ended up with 10% on all the effects sliders. I prefer it 'pure' but just wanted a touch more life to the FFB)
Too late for me to drive now, but i'll give it a shot around Silverstone tomorrow and see.
At Imola i can definitely brake a little later, and the extra grip is easily noticeable. It's not a massive difference, but you gain enough on every corner for it to add up well over a lap.
We're less than two weeks after the first beta release and the complaining has begun already.
Anyone who thought we'd have multiplayer so soon was being very optimistic. Who knows when they' will surprise us with it. If we get it soon that'll be great, but i wasn't expecting to see it for a couple of months at least. I don't care when it comes as long as it's working well when we do. I dont expect it to be without issues when it first comes either. There's no way they will have been able to test it on a large enough scale yet.
"Hello everybody, Aristotelis from Kunos Simulazioni here.
We haven't released the update yet. The changelog is a leak that we don't really know where it came from and it's not even complete as the actual update has even more content than this changelog describes.
The update is scheduled for tomorrow as promised.
Sorry for this, but we don't know where it comes from. Thank you all for your support."
